Even with a thousand miles between us this Christmas, you're closer to our hearts than ever. We miss those old Christmas mornings so much — the warmth of your home, the sound of everyone laughing, and of course Grandma's cookies filling the kitchen with that unmistakable smell. This year we'll gather around FaceTime instead, and though it isn't the same as being wrapped in your hugs, we'll carry every tradition you gave us right into our own home. Those traditions are the greatest gift you've ever given us, and we pass them on with your love woven through every one.
