Yes -- every new account gets one free still card. It's a real, complete card, no watermark and nothing to unlock -- yours to download and send. Every card after that is a normal one-time purchase.

A still AI-illustrated image, or the same card animated into an 8-second video with sound and an optional spoken narration line -- video cards include the still image too, both yours to download and share.

Both. When your still card is finished you can send it as-is, or animate it into an 8-second video for an extra $4.00. If you bought a Video Card or you're a Founding VIP, animating is already included at no extra charge.

Yes. Upload a photo and we illustrate it in your chosen style rather than generating a scene from scratch. See "Privacy & safety" below for how we handle it.

Yes -- describe a change in plain English and we'll regenerate the image, up to 5 times per card at no extra cost. If you're animating it, you can also refine the AI's video concept (what happens in the motion) up to 3 times before rendering.

Your first reroll is free -- describe what you'd like different, or just try again. After that, rerolls are $1.99 each.

Results are stylized artistic interpretations, not a guaranteed precise likeness -- and outputs can vary between attempts even from the same input. That variation is part of why edits and rerolls exist.

The still image is usually ready in under a minute. Animating it into video typically takes several minutes -- the AI video render is the slow part.

$8.99/mo for 2 premium card credits every month, animation included (you can still spend one on a still card if you'd rather). Flex-Rollover holds up to 4 unused credits in your vault so you're always ready for sudden birthdays -- anything beyond that expires oldest-first once a new batch is granted. Members can add an extra card any time for $4.49. Cancel anytime.

From your account page, open the billing portal and cancel there -- it's self-service, no need to contact us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we don't refund the unused portion of a period already paid for.

Generating a card consumes real compute the moment you request it, so purchases are generally final. If something on our end genuinely failed -- a card that never finished rendering due to a system error -- contact us and we'll make it right, typically a free regeneration or a refund. We don't refund simply not liking an AI result; we'll offer a free additional attempt instead.

Copy the card's private share link, or send it directly by email from the app -- to one person or several at once (up to 20) -- immediately or scheduled up to 30 days ahead.

No. The share link works for anyone who has it, with no sign-in required.

Yes -- video cards include sound, and often a short spoken sign-off at the end. On phones the video may start muted, so the recipient just taps it to unmute and hear the audio.

Yes -- there's an opt-in checkbox when you send a card that emails you a reminder around the same time next year.

No. Your photo is used only to generate your card and operate the service -- never to train models, and never for any other purpose.

Only people you share the link with. The link itself is the access control -- it's an unguessable address, not something that's publicly listed or searchable.

Every shared card has a "Report this card" link. Reports go to a real person for review; we don't auto-remove a card on a single report, but we do take content policy violations seriously.

Accounts require you to be 18 or older. Nothing stops an adult from making a card for a child as the recipient, the same as any greeting card.
